At the Time of Ticket Purchase: During the ticket purchase process you will have the option to opt in to receive further information and communications from our event sponsors ("Sponsors"). If you choose to opt in, your full name and email address will be shared with the Sponsors for this purpose.

At Any Later Time: If you do not opt in during ticket purchase but wish to receive information from the Sponsors at a later time, you may opt in by contacting us or updating your preferences through the designated channels provided by the Event. Upon opting in, your full name and email address will be shared with the Sponsors.

2. Photography and Media

Please be aware that photographs and videos will be taken during the Event. These may be used by the Event organizers for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, websites, and other marketing materials. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded.

All data collected during the signup process and during the event will be used solely for the organization, execution, and promotion of the Event. We will not share your personal data with any third parties except as explicitly described in this disclaimer.

4. Opt-Out and Data Removal Rights

Opt-Out of Sponsor Communications: You may request to opt out of sharing your details with the Sponsors at any time, even after initially opting in.

Removal of Contact Information: You can also request the removal of your contact information from both the Event organizers' and Sponsors' databases at any time. To do so, please contact us at conduct@data-conference.ch.
